With offers and yearly rebates, membership quickly becomes profitable. You are no longer just an Archodia client but a partner and a colleague. In addition, you have the opportunity to influence our mission of a more inclusive society that connects people and enriches lives.

As a member, you earn a yearly rebate on your Archodia purchases. The rebates are calculated yearly based on Archodia's income surplus. This means your purchase becomes an investment, and the surplus that is not needed to develop our operations comes back to you in the form of a rebate – in the same way as a dividend to shareholders in a profit-sharing company. The more purchases you make, the more rebates you tend to get at the end of the year.

Rebates are a way of us saying thank you for being a part of our mission with your purchases. All unclaimed rebates are donated to any charity of your choice as a member via a poll.

We send out your rebate notice digitally from March through July, with instructions for updating your information if you haven't already. A formal newsletter notification will also be available on Archodia Newsroom.

Your rebate notice will also include your membership verification code for security purposes, so you know it's from us.

Your rebate will be deposited into your Wise account before July 31st. If you don't have a Wise account, open one with the Archodia-Wise invite code here. On your first transfer to your loved ones, you will pay zero fees for up to €500.

*Rebates are paid to natural persons and not accounts. This means that having multiple accounts with different emails does not influence your earnings since your rebates will be paid to you as a person.

How do I get the rebate?

How is the rebate calculated?

The size of the rebate you get is calculated in arrears based on the previous financial year's purchases, Archodia's financial position, and how large the surplus is.

The size of the surplus is calculated based on the money that is not needed to develop our operations.

How much will I get in rebate?

The more you shop and use Archodia's services during the year, the more you get in rebate.

How do I become a member?

We have made it simple for you to become an Archodia member automatically from the first purchase you make across any of our products or services. You can also register your membership via the Archodia welcome popup widget.

From then onwards, all your purchases are registered and matched with your name, and the email address you provided.

Products and services excluded from rebates

Archodia can decide on exceptions from purchases that qualify for a rebate. This depends on various factors and the need for exceptions can differ year to year. Decisions are made, as with the rebate, annually and in arrears.

Currently, all Archodia product and service purchases qualify for a rebate.
