Archdoia.com, Limited ("Archodia") provides users ("Users") of the web pages located at archodia.com (the "Site"), and all associated Archodia.com, Limited's brands, products and subdomains with services. These Archodia Services include but are not limited to the cataloging, indexing, sharing, and streaming of User Content.

Please read them (these "Terms") carefully as they govern your use of (which includes access to) Archodia's services including all of our websites, brands, and software applications that incorporate or link to these Terms (collectively, the "Archodia Services").

These Terms set out the legally binding agreements between you and Archodia. These Terms apply to all Users of the Archodia Services. These Terms apply to all Users regardless of if they are using the Archodia Services anonymously or as a registered user. If you choose to use the Archodia Services, you will be agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions of the Use Agreement (the "Terms"). Archodia may, in its sole discretion, change, add or remove portions of These Terms at any time, and by continuing to use the Archodia Services you agree to be bound by such revisions or modifications. If Archodia does so, such changes will be posted on the Archodia Services or will be sent to you via e-mail.

IF ANY OF THESE TERMS OR ANY FUTURE CHANGES ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, DO NOT USE THE ARCHODIA SERVICES. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE ARCHODIA SERVICES NOW, OR FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES IN THESE OPERATING TERMS, WILL INDICATE ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT BY YOU OF SUCH RULES, CHANGES, OR MODIFICATIONS.

Archodia may, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Archodia Services at any time, including the availability of any Archodia Services feature, database, or content. Archodia may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Archodia Services without notice or liability.

In addition, when using a particular Archodia service, you and Archodia shall be subject to any additional terms, guidelines or rules applicable to such service, which may be posted from time to time. All such additional terms, guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. Also, Archodia may offer other services from time to time that are governed by different terms of service.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Archodia Services, including the release of new Archodia properties, shall be subject to these Terms.
