Archodia is hiring for the position of Sales and Business Development Executives who will be responsible for working collaboratively and guiding the strategic, tactical and operational components of our Product Portfolio. We are seeking sales oriented, savvy, tech and product minded individuals with a flare to grow and lead our businesses strategic intentions. The successful candidates will be at the helm of sometimes complex business strategy and help crystalize it into tangible and innovative product offerings through curating successful client management, development and sales analysis. This will involve bridging the gap between our potential clients, generating new leads, organizing & facilitating client sessions to uncover creative and disruptive digital solutions that will result in an actionable portfolio roadmap for execution toward our business strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead as a Sales and Business Development Executive

  • Be tech savvy and have a personal computer or mobile device with internet capability

  • Sell Archodia's IT, digital products and services

  • Generate new business for the Company and build a qualified Leads database

  • Enable activities within a Business Development Executive capacity, when necessary

  • Understand and research customer needs, market trends and potential partnerships, basing it on cost vs revenue perspectives and effectively communicate it to the Project Manager

  • Translate and collaborate with the Product Manager and customers on Product Strategy and concisely articulate it into detailed requirements

  • Drive product and business-planning processes across different business units in the company

  • Ensure that product deadlines are met, and the relevant stakeholders are always kept up to date on interest elements

  • Create and maintain a high standard of reliability, quality and usability during customers interactions and ensure measurements are adhered to

  • Strategize and derive go-to-market plans with the Project Manager and Product Marketing teams to yield high end financial results

  • Report and measure project success through qualitative and quantitative metrics to customers and the relevant stakeholders

  • Actively coordinate, prepare and manage up product aligned business strategy for execution

  • Support the build and delivery through to our delivery teams in building a range of products & services that could include responsive digital apps, APIs and data solutions to drive our digital strategy

Special Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous minimum of 1 year experience in Sales and Business Development

  • Customers management experience in Sales is advantageous – with focus on lead generation and conversion

  • A related field of study, Business, Marketing is meritorious

  • Demonstrated skill in Product Management with tools and technology to effectively manage, prioritize and strategize

  • Excellent and effective communication skill with good command of English language

  • Experience working, facilitating, and leading in multi-disciplinary teams consisting of Designers, Engineers, Business, Product and Marketing

  • Experience in launching Digital and products in emerging markets is meritorious

  • Fluency in technology and emerging trends to drive sales, inspiration to help Company grow

  • Ability to work remotely and drive active participation and activity completion in an online environment

  • Top notch understanding of Customers needs

  • Team player with versatile problem solving skills

  • Can work in a fast paced working environment
