Free Enquiries & Consultations
We do not charge for new enquiries. You can contact us for information in the relevant matter – Free. If we have a consultant with relevant expertise available to advise you then we will be in touch to confirm availability, and pricing options if we move forward.
Fixed Fees, Agreed with Clients in Advance
We offer fixed fees that are agreed in advance if you require our further assistance and service regarding our offered expert advice. By providing fixed fees rather than hourly rates or vague estimates, we give our clients the assurance that there will be no unexpected cost escalations throughout the process. This commitment to transparency builds trust and fosters strong, long-term relationships with our valued clients.
Clarity and Fairness in Billing
Our fee structure is designed to be clear, transparent, and fair. We do not believe in hidden costs or surprise charges. Our commitment to clarity and fairness in billing is all part of our dedication to providing a positive client experience.
You can even pay in installments.
Disbursements
If you would like us to act as your agent and pay third-party fees (disbursements) on your behalf, we will be pleased to receive your instructions to do so. We will invoice you for the total cost of the disbursement and manage the payment directly.
The total cost of the disbursement, including any VAT charged by the third party, will be passed on to you, regardless of your VAT liability on our service fees. We do not add VAT on top of the gross disbursement.
A service fee, typically 2.5% of the disbursement amount, is applied to cover our banking and administrative costs. Where you are in Sweden, UK and EU, we are legally required to charge VAT on this service fee. If you normally reside outside these areas, VAT will not be added.

Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods which includes Wise Payments, debit/credit card, PayPal, Paystack, and Swish (available in Sweden).
Your payment and card information are secured as we do not have access to them. They are controlled by these third party trusted partners whose payment solutions we use.
Flexible Instalment Arrangements
Understanding the current significant financial outlays, we offer flexible instalment arrangements to our clients. This means that clients can pay fees in instalments at key milestones in their case, making our services more accessible and manageable from a financial perspective.
Our aim is to ease the financial burden on clients while maintaining higher standards and service excellence.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes you can.
We understand the challenges of cross border money transfer costs and work with all our partners to ensure they get better value for their money. All our services and plans are billed in your local currency for easy partner care.

VAT & Bank Charges
At Archodia, we offer one of the lowest prices on the market and all agreed fees are invoiced exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added where it is required by law. For example, VAT will be added where you are in Sweden, in the EU and UK. If you normally reside outside these areas then VAT will not be added. Bank and transfer charges (if any) are added at the point of payment, depending on the payment option you choose.
Where you ask us to pay a disbursement to a third party on your behalf, we will pass the invoice on to you in full. We will not add VAT to the supplier’s gross invoice; however, VAT will be applied to our service charge, if applicable.
Cancellation After Payment
Due to our clear, fair and flexible billing options, payments are non-refundable. No shows to appointments are considered service fulfilled.
Receipts and Invoices
Our sent invoices, when paid, also serve as the receipt of payment. We will only send an involve when all fees have been agreed in advance.
